Hiring Process Outsourcing & Search Consulting

One of our most popular small/midsize business solutions is the end-to-end management of the hiring process.  This option allows you to outsource your individual hiring processes to WOLF as needed.  You determine you need to hire, and we take it from there.  We work with you to define the position requirements, we host your job posting on our shared job board, develop a benchmark candidate profile, manage applicant flow, prescreen candidates, handle interview logistics, coordinate online assessments, and perform background screens, reference checks, and drug test administration... all for one small flat fee per job/hire.  This is not agressive recruiting.  It is working as an extension of you or your team to get a better hiring result while providing administrative relief.  More information...

Prevue Assessments

WOLF also provides stand alone assessment services that you can incorporate into your hiring process.  The Prevue assessment is a proven tool for evaluating a candidate's match to job requirements and necessary personal attributes.  After the creation of benchmark candidate profile, your final candidates are compared against the benchmark as part of the overall selection process.  Prevue assessments may be purchased on an unlimited basis, in bundles, or individually.  More information...
